We averaged 62% month-over-month growth in the first half of 2026, and more than 10,000 businesses have signed up. We reached that in the seven months since launch. Thanks to the people who believed in that growth, we have also raised over KRW 500M from institutional investors.
Selling online is hard. You need a thumbnail to earn the click, a banner to run ads, a short-form video to be seen at all. Selling one product properly means the pile of content you have to make keeps growing.
Making all of it takes a designer, and a designer takes money and time. Well-funded companies can absorb that. Most manufacturers, brands and distributors cannot. So good products end up badly sold.
The time a seller should be spending goes into making a better product and talking to customers. In practice, a whole day disappears into designing marketing assets. We want to remove the repetitive work wedged in between, so everyone can focus on the core of their business. Creazy is the product that removes the content design bottleneck.
Creazy started with product detail page design. Today it is becoming a design agent that produces the full range of marketing content online selling requires, including thumbnails, banners and short-form video.
Upload product information and photos, and it plans the selling points on its own and produces a design optimised for the product category. You can edit the result directly in the web editor or hand the edits to the AI in chat, and export as images, Figma files or a web page. What used to take a person all day now takes three minutes.
Where we are
Over 10,000 online distributors have signed up.
We averaged 62% month-over-month growth in the first half of 2026.
We have raised KRW 500M to date.
Building on design, our goal is an AI-native commerce builder that optimises and automates the entire online commerce workflow, through sourcing and distribution, and becomes the next generation Shopify.
"This role takes what AI makes from 80% to 95%, then turns that into a system that scales."
Alongside building Creazy, we run a business unit that produces and delivers marketing content for client companies directly. We have made over 300 product detail pages so far.
The two are not separate. The judgement calls and feedback from producing client content build up as know-how inside Creazy, and what builds up sets the speed of the next job. We are the harshest users of our own product.
So this role is a little different from the designer job you might picture. Rather than someone who draws each piece by hand from start to finish, we are looking for someone who raises the imperfect designs AI produces into great ones, and turns that process into a system others can repeat and scale. The business unit has just laid the foundations of its data and systems. You will not only handle work inside a fixed process, you will help shape the process itself.
We are not looking for a finished specialist. We look for project work of any kind, professional or not, a good eye and the ability to communicate. The rest you learn with us.
1. Design marketing content for clients
You understand the client's product and its selling points, and produce content that meets the brief. Product detail pages are the largest share, and banners, thumbnails and short-form are in scope too. Categories range from beauty to kitchenware to furniture.
2. Design with our own design AI
You generate a draft in Creazy, then swap images and refine the structure until it is ready to deliver. We have an AI agent system that automates this process, and you will improve and manage it.
3. Build reusable assets
You organise good references and recurring structures into something the team can reuse. Working with the engineering team, you keep improving the product from the data and issues that come up while using it. What you accumulate goes into Creazy and is used by over 10,000 distributors.
There are no specs
Whoever notices something proposes it, and once we agree, that person builds it. Almost no time is spent waiting for approval.
We treat AI as a colleague, not a tool
That is why we cover top-tier AI subscriptions in full. We consider ourselves an AI-native team and get our highest productivity working alongside AI.
We think customer-first and obsess over the last 10%
As AI improves, 80% output has become common. What gets chosen now is the 95% output AI cannot produce in one click. There is no perfect design, but there are careful ones. We design for the sliver of quality customers can feel.
After 3 months: The AI content workflow is second nature, and you can carry a client project on your own.
After 6 months: The references and standards you organised have changed how fast the whole team works, and lifted the revenue and scale of the whole unit.
After a year: Not someone who makes content, but someone who designs the AI-native system that makes it, and shapes the UX of our own product.
We do not look at major or years of experience. Taste, communication, team fit, and how fast you learn and widen your scope matter more.
You have made marketing content such as product detail pages, banners, thumbnails or
short-form video.
- It does not have to be client work. Personal projects, class
assignments and content for an imaginary product all count.
You treat AI generation tools as a colleague, not a chore or a threat.
- You do not need
to be fluent already. We want someone who uses them well and keeps learning.
You can talk to clients directly, pin down requirements and hold a schedule.
- You do
not have to be perfect at this from day one. You need to set schedules by priority and
importance, and meet deadlines.
You have a point of view, and you can still refine your work with feedback from clients and
the team.
- You do design, not art.
You enjoy widening your scope.
- Rather than only doing what you are given, we want
someone who learns fast, grows the role and can become a leader of the business unit.
A portfolio is required. What you have made matters more than where you worked and for how long.
You have thought about what to lead with to make a product sell.
You can look at someone else's work and explain, in words, what is missing.
You notice small gaps in spacing and alignment.
You have made content that actually sold, at an online seller or a commerce team.
You can read HTML and CSS.
You do not want to use AI, or find using it itself uncomfortable.
You hold work alone until it is perfect, rather than sharing early.
You take feedback defensively.
You cannot work on site.
You want to stay on the screen and not look at customers or the product.
You reply slowly, or find it hard to put requirements and timelines into words.
You treat your work as art, and find it hard to change direction when a client asks.
Application → On-site interview → Offer discussion → 2-week team fit trial → 3-month probation → Full-time
Application: Send a resume and a portfolio together. We cannot review without a portfolio.
On-site interview: Held at our office with everyone you would work with. We explain what problem we are solving and how, first. Ask us anything.
Offer discussion: We share the interview result and talk terms together.
2-week team fit trial: We do not think a few hours of conversation tells either side much. So we work together for two weeks. You are paid 100% for this period.
3-month probation: If both sides are happy after two weeks, we continue for three months. You are paid 100% for this period too.
Full-time: After three months you convert to a full-time role.
Use the apply button above and send your resume together with your portfolio. For questions, reach us at contact@thermit.io.
